I think Big Al's Sells them. I would go onto www.simplydiscus.com/forum they are always doing big orders on these heaters.

they don't sell won heaters in canada because they are not csa certified. by the sounds of all the horror stories i hear about them it's unlikely i would ever buy one anyhow.

I've used Visi-therms since the early 90's no problems at all. Although if I had to buy a new heater I would go with the ebo.

I use a Tronic. I have an Ebo for sale.

I'm probably unlucky with heaters... But the new ebo's have been the least reliable heaters for me. Something was lost when they redesigned them the new ones just don't match the reliability of the old.

I've had a lot of luck with the tronics (and the old hagen brand) heaters. Visitherm's been 50/50.

The new hatchery is all won bros titaniums (analog versions - not the digital LCD ones) Group order resulted in an unbeatable price. So far my only complaint is one pretty common to all heaters - the setting on the dial doesn't always match what you actually get. (4 tanks at 82 - ranges in dial temps from 78-84; oddly the 20g reef, 78 is 78).

While the heaters don't have a CSA rating - they do have a UL Canada approval. What the difference is - who the heck knows...
