I shoot raw under Actinic lights, and let me tell you in photoshop there is no way I can get the pics to look true to life without using custom white balance!

Never had a problem with it.

If you shoot with a blue gel on your flash and a yellow filter on the lens you'll get the most real colors

I've never tried that before. Where did you pick up your yellow filter?
