You can link to a picture on the web instead of attaching it. But that means the picture has to exist on the web somewhere already.

I think its set to 50 posts. (which you did in your first day Rory.. :lol:)

You can upload pics to the photo gallery.

or any other picture hosting site (photobucket, etc.)
and link to it there.

If your not sure on the linking just ask and I will run you through it.
