First with Doug and Mike we've seen some false retirements so I hope you're the latest we can add to that list.

Not so much a retirement... At the very least a downsize.. just hopefully something bigger than my 24x24x12 tank.. that's smaller than I would really like to go.

Find a different place to live. Problem solved.

I can't really pass up the very affordable rent at this other place. :wink: Plus it's BRAND new, so will be an awesome place to live even if I have to downgrade for awhile.

I've considered just storing this tank until I can set it back up too.. I'd like to buy a place in the next 2-3years, so see how things go.

Can this tank just go in the basement or somewhere close to a floor drain?

No real "basement" in this new place.. "Main floor" is the entrance, laundry, garage... 2nd Floor is the main floor, Kitchen, living, dining... 3rd floor is Bedrooms/bath. All are developed..

I know set it up over the bath tub.:lol:
