Just a quick update on this years event.

All last years sponsors have been notified, and I have sent out letters to all Canreef sponsors. Just awaiting responses. I will be listing sponsors shortly.

Looks like the better day for the FragFest will be Sunday (August 29th), sorry for those that wanted Saturday. It will be for the better anyhow, as we will have the whole parking lot to ourselves and not have to have people walking to far.

Food & Drink Sponsor is confirmed. Thank you (Subman) for your offer, as you did last year. For those that may not know, Subman owns the M&M Meats in Millwoods Town Center and 2 Subways (12926 97 St & 15053 Stony Plain Rd). Please support the sponsors that support you.

We are also working on sponsors that will help keep your children busy too.

Many little suprises throught the day, and we will be hopefully be able to have a holding tank avaliable for those which want to bring their frags or livestock in early.

If anyone wants to contribute, or knows of someone or some business they want me to apporach, please contact me.

I think I personally like the fist one. When I placed them all side by side the caption "Frag Fest" popped the most.

I liked the second one the best, easier to read.

Need more volunteer/slave? I will volunteer myself (Lenny).
May be able to get my husband to help with flipping the burgers as well, if you want.
I am totally new at this (first Frag Meet), so I thought volunteering would put me in a better position to be more at ease.
So, we need to bring chairs, check.
What about table for our frags (I may bring a few mushroom-covered rocks)? Or is everyone just bucketing it all to the parking lot?

Nope, they are there. It kills me not to sell them. They will stay until the start of the FragFest. Actually I'll make one more order I think before the meet. These will become a staple at BWA in the future.

Sorry only frags from this supplier, but nice sized frags.

I wouldn't say no to some of the more familiar looking pieces you have! :mrgreen: Particularly the Candy Cane and blue polyp birdsnest!!

We got at least 80 zoa's in, and have another 60 coming in later next week.
