I`ll get a confirmation from Burc on when it will ship. I think I will have it shipped to my office then my receptionsit can sign for it and then I will bring it home from there. (I am downtown) I`ll send my home address along with the email of the list.

I just made my payment to the email address you pmed me, so I'm all done.

I'm out unfortunately, someone apparently copied my debit card after I went out to lunch on Monday...the bank says things like this take 7-10 business days to resolve. So not impressed...as it was apparently done at a downtown ATM.

That sucks! I'm starting to think about just cashing my paycheques and keeping the money in a safe under my bed.

So it looks like we should be good to go, as far as I know everyone has paid up and I emailed the revised sheet to Burc this morning for final confirmation and shipment info.

With the cold weather we are having I have suggested we ship later next week as it is supposed to warm up a bit.

According to Burc's site he ships Mondays and Wednesday, once I get confirmation from him I'll let everyone know :)

As far as I know the order has been put through....maybe contact Burc directly and see if you can get in that way.

I sent in the final list, but I have no problem with one more, I just ask that you confirm what you want with Burc first and then I can add your info to th list.

I compared my list with Burc's yesterday afternoon and everything matches up and all payments are recieved.

I am awaiting a message from Burc today with when the shipment will be sent to Calgary.

I think I mentioned earlier that I am going to ask that the shipment be sent to my office to ensure that it arrives safe. My receptionist can sign for it and then I will bring everything home and float the bags in my tank.

As soon as I get an update from Burc today I will post up the planned ship date.

I wil also email everyone tonight with my address and directions to get to my house. (very easy access off the deerfoot)

Which area of the city do you work in? If its somewhere in the downtown area then maybe we can meet you before you head home. Just seeing if its possible to meet up with you before you head to the deep south, lol. If not not worries.

I would be able to meet you Downtown Greg, if that's easier...I'd hate having to be in Calgary during rush hour...yeech

My place might be the best, I figured for the folks that are already downtown its easy to meet up in a few minutes notice (as I won't know from fedex until the morning of shipment exactly what time they will arrive) but, once they do arrive and I catch the two folks downtown I will head right home (it gives me an excuse to get out of the office). I would imagine I should have the box and be home before noon.

Everyone could come anytime after that, the only time I would need to leave the house would be around 4:00 for 15 minutes just to pick up my daughter from her dayhome (which is two bloacks away from my house)

.. so anyone could come in the afternoon or in the evening when rush hour is over.

Alas, this is the date that Burc is able to ship for. I can keep the corals in my tank until friday or the weekend if that works better for you?

I'll text you around noon then to touch base, hopefully pick them up (and drop off the double double) before 2:00.

I have a scuba class on Thursday so I won't be able to come by until 9pm if that's okay, I am just worried about them staying in those bags, but if they are floating in your tank they should be okay

I can take them out of the bags if you would like? By 9PM they will have been in them for over 24 hours.

yeah if you could do that it would be awesome, that way when i get there by 9ish they will have had about 9 hours of good water, thanks again for setting this up, i know how crazy it is to organize a group order.
