Check your replacement regents with another test kit like Salifert, Red Sea etc... I hear news on a another forum that there may be discrepancies with the new ones as well.

I didn't have to contact anybody. Ray at Reef Supplies sent me a link to Hanna's website and I just put the lot number in. (Ray looks after his customers!) It said my tester was one of the lots affected and I just had to enter my mailing address.

I still have not got my replacement and none of the links to the form work anymore. Does anyone have an email address for them?
Getting tired of waiting and thinking about going to an LFS to buy some but how do I know if I am getting a good batch? |

Got mine a few days ago, still reads 2.5 dKh lower than my Salifert test.

Thanks to gmann for the email address. I sent them an email and according to their response, they shipped the reagents to me on March 29th but it was returned due to insufficient postage, and they reshipped today. Whatever. It least it is finally on its way.
