Try adding a Peppermint Shrimp, I had one that helped me deal with a persistent Aiptasia problem. I was also using a syringe and Kalk or lemon juice to kill the big visible ones, but they kept coming back until I added a peppermint. Copperband Butterfly or Filefish would also help, but a peppermint shrimp is usually cheaper and more readily available. Just make sure you get a real peppermint and not a camel shrimp or something else similar looking.

Yeah peppermint but they eat acans and I can't have that
Here is peppermints http://i1173.photobucket.com/albums/...psf8zc0ubm.jpg |

Unfortunately you need a bunch of both peppermints & emerald crabs to work on your bubble algae & aiptasia. May have to choose between them & the scans to help rid the tank of the pests.
My peppermints finally cleaned all mine up, along with the help of my copperband. |
I have to many acans they will eat them. The emrald crabs are a good idea though
|
for bubble algae you can get some electric blue hermits and some Halloween hermits , IMO Halloweens are the best reef custodian going , I have a few of each in my reef as well as my puffer tank . The only downside is the electric blues sometimes kill snails for the shell , but I removed all my snails for the hermits as they do a much better job of cleaning .

Which light hanger is that? Looks like you're getting some great colors on your sticks!
|
Ecotech multi light track.
|
Nice colours on the sticks. :) I think you used to be on RC before? Sure I recall a thread from a few years ago.
|
Yeah they kicked me off because I got into a fight with almost the zeovit zealot. I think they finally kicked him off as well.
