Most of the coloration comes from polyps and it looses it when upset. Very slow grower. It needs strong flow and light. This colony is my take two as I almost lost it few years ago. Cheers. |

That's my best guess, I did actually buy a microscope to analyze the coralite structures and properly identify the Acros I got, but I got the wrong scope with too much magnification and I can't get far enough away from the subject to see it from above. I hope to get another one later. I'm sure its not Humilis , I got one of those right beside it. Cheers. |
