i have tried to call there and i get a fax machine on their regular posted number. i have PMed and no reply that way either.

i am trying to get warranty on a tunze pump that i bought at the lethbridge location (since closed).

Do you have your receipt showing when you purchased the tunze pump?

I know the distributor, send me a pm.

tunze@sbcglobal.net - i emailed here when I was dealing with my skimmer, they should be able to help you out with any warranty issues. Its down in the US, but this was not a problem.

If there is anything that needs to be dealt with over any of the Red Coral stores, please feel free to contact me, as we aren't closed, and all I can say for Red Coral Calgary/Red Coral Online, is that there was an emergency and that they have a few things to deal with locally, please do not jump to conclusions, Red Coral will be around for years to come!

Cheers,

Steve

I agree with others, don't jump to conclusions. I am sure Kevin will eventually come on board and let us know what is happening.

I chatted with Kevin for several hours a few weeks ago. He was telling me he wanted to expand the back of the store for holding tanks, as well as a few other great ideas. Im sure this is only a temporary closure.

I can't speak for Kevin but I've made arrangements with him in regards to clearing out a majority of my zoanthid collection (This makes me doubt he has closed his doors).

Kevin is one of the hardest working people I know of, give him a little time and I'm sure he will provide a more concrete answer.
