2 cups/month for 300ish gallons. I don't have a cool Hana carbon checker like Brett does :-(

Phosphates with the checker. I was kidding about the probe... no probes in my system =)

1 cup of fine lignite changed once a month for my 230gal system.

I don't use ROX, but use Kent Reef Carbon... Seems ok.

I use 1 litre in 2 - 500ml bags. I then alternating changing each bag at mid and end of month.

Thanks guys for you input, I set-up my 2nd MR1 today with 2 cups of the Carbon I got from Eli. So I will see if that will help clear my water a bit more, only time will tell.

2 cups of ROX in a BRS reactor for the 225g and 1 cup of ROX in a TLF reactor for the 90g. Changed monthly.
(Brett; keep your probe away from my system as well)
