There are a tonne of good artists out there.....Sad truth is anybody that is truly good in one of the major cities, you will have to wait for..... Best thing to do is make a day of going to visit a few of the shops.... Find a guy that you have a good feeling about and then hope he has a waiting list.... if he says he can do ya now then in all likelihood, generally speaking, you don't wanna be inked by him.....
