Wow -- first dinoflange-mathingies, then genital warts... You deserve a frag, Troy!
  ps- how's that anemone? |
Anemone's doing great. Heavy feeding to combat the fact that I'm using the lighting cycle to control the dinos. Skimmer crapped out on me too. I thought bad luck only came in threes. I have to look into why I'm on number 2 365 and no end in sight.

Raspberry candy coral
Thats an awesome little coral AJ. What are its requirements and are they readily available or tough to obtain.
I don't know how you do it. First Bandit. Then you get comfy with the green shag and bye bye. Hows clark doin with out his green estate. Again great desktop photo man. Keep them coming. George |
Hey George,
The Blastomussas seem fairly common, but maybe not so often at the LFS. There's a few different species of them, I think this is my fave. The pieces among us in Calgary all came from Kari, I think. They are flexible as far as demands - mine's under PC, others MH etc. This one does better lower down in the tank, go figure... As for trading livestock, I guess ithelps to keep this interesting. I like trying species that might be considered a little more difficult once in a while, but sometimes they outgrow you, or find a better home with someone else. It's all part of the planning - and I rely on some really excellent reefers here for support. The clarkii clownfish got injured somehow, looked like something gouged his side. He didn't recover and died in the tentacles of his Carpet. It then "took him in" and that was that... I have a bigger version of the photo - let me know and I can email it to you. |

Thanks AJ you beat me to it. Looks great. Sorry to hear about CLARK. It tough when you lose any critter. I still get ****ed when I lose a hermit.
