Totally agree. I have an Iwaki 70RLT running my Beckett skimmer and while it does a great job, it is indeed quite noisy. In my situation it doesn't matter as it is in a closet. I wouldn't recommend it if noise is an issue.

ya i think that im going to go with the PCX 70 or the 100 hmmmmmmmm i cant make up my mind.

WHICH ONE IS MORE QUIET Ok update i have the pump narrowed down to either a
PCX 70
Blueline 70
me and doug were talking and i cant remember what one it was better.. i need to get this sorted out so quinster can get the skimmer out to me .... so i can suck the scales off the fish here soon, and im headign to Mexico the week after so i need to get the skimmer dialed in ....
