Does that place even have the staff base to make SW viable yet? I don't mean to downplay the knowledge of any of the current employees, but let's not kid ourselves. Last I was there, the SW section was a practice in serious mismanagement.

Best off to deal with chtistian or wayne or (dave i think) when dealing in SW at riverfront. i certainly will not argue that some of the staff is less than helpful in this department. i am hoping things will get better when all is said and done.

I just walked over there. I can say it is better than it was before but still nothing spectacular. They do have two shallow cube tanks that I assume will be for coral, but they are rather small and I do not imagine they can hold too much. It is nice to see that they have some bigger tanks though to hold big fish better than the 10Gallon tanks they used to be in. The prices are better, more realistic to what everyone else is charging.

Not a lot of stock in yet, but it will be interesting to see what happens.

As far as price goes you join a club for $20 a year and get 20% of LS (fish clams reptiles corals etc) and 10% off dry goods (pumps filters food ETC).

Agreed it is nothing spectacular, but its a great deal better than it was before.
