Hey Vic,

Your friends were fine I'm sure.

There were no problems at all in our area and I believe they are higher than us. The Bow River is still a mess. The other day I took the lower deck of the Centre Street Bridge and it was rather unnerving to sit there and watch the water run right under you...

I'm making RO at night...so no one sees me.... I had to turn the hose on the other day for a minute and I thought my husband was going to handcuff me right there and then. For turning on the hose that is.

I'm afraid to ask why your husband has handcuffs and why you felt you needed to explain his motive for using them

I finally turned my RO back on today, I was running low in the storage container, and need to do a water change soon on the FO tank. I had just done the reef tank the day they announced the water rationing, and had my TO containers nearly full too. That was fortunate timing.

Yesterday on my way home from work, I stopped at Lee Valley tools for a couple of items (non aquarium related). The ramp from Heritage Dr. onto Glenmore Tr. was closed due to it being underwater still, so I had to take a longer route to get out of there. Its going to be a while before things return to normal throughout the city.

Our crews reponded to over four hundred flooding calls last friday night. Our station was fortunate to only have to go to one.
