It is very scary because like most I was not expecting it and it does play on your mind but if you keep a positive attitude about you it makes life a lot better

Ironically I was told by my nurses that they get more supposedly "in shape" and "healthy" people with heart attacks than those like me who are overweight and not overly big into exercise. The healthy ones are also mostly to be the ones who are angry and in outright denial of having heart issues and are not generally positive when dealing with the medical profession as they feel it's the doctors and nurses who caused their heart issues.

That exactly what happened to me. I'm a buck twenty five small fella, fairly young, active, no cholesterol and blood pressure issue. Zero risk as what they say and had a cardiac arrest as my major artery suddenly got blocked for whatever reason that they're not able to tell me what the cause is. All they point to is genetics that the blockade could be congenital.

Because of this my cardiologist sent my files for research at UBC.

Anyways, stay positive. You'll be ok.

I think you hit the nail on the head. Positive attitude is a big deal.
With that and help from the medical people, you are on the way to recovery.
Good work, keep it up.
Glad you are better
