Interesting, I'm about to tackle some rock structure building as well.
Never occurred to me to try using foam. I suppose it's easier than going about mixing cement. Wonder how strong of a bond it has with the rock. What kind of weight it can hold up? Think arches and overhangs. Research time! |

Aquascaping
I used the e Marco cement from j&l. A little pricy but it goes a long way. It works really well. Maybe that will work for you

You can also grab one from home depot but home hardware is the closer to me which on edmonds

I purchased pond foam at Gardenworks for 23.00. It was uv resistand and non-toxic. They are the only store that I know of that also sells those tiny water pumps for like 10.00, which are great for really small nano tank setups. Cheers!
