I hated installing the protector but I'm sure I'll thank you in the future

Any time bud, I put an InvisaSheild protector on my LifeProof case & it was much easier then just putting it on a phone cause it can be done under water. Glad I did too cause I noticed there is a long scratch across the protector screen now but not going to change it until it gets much worse.

My iPad just smacked me in the mouth giving me a fat lip

Good-bye trigger  I will miss you but you're off to a bigger (hopefully) better home.

zum14 04-29-2013 04:10 AM

I have 2 iPads and am wondering how this happened? I would like to avoid this myself.

Hey!

Although admittedly it was my own stupidity. I was sitting on the couch with my feet up on the coffee table resting/balancing the iPad on a pillow on my tummy with my legs/knees helping to prop it up when I stretched out one of my legs causing the iPad to fall forward and hit my lip.

If I disappear, please search all river and lake bottoms as I'm sure I'll be wearing cement shoes :shocked!: I've really ****ed off the Russians.....

Just send them a few bottle of premium vodka and they will forgive you.

Browsing through some of my old photos...

Sometimes it's better to hit an animal than try and avoid one...

http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a1...ps36700f6a.jpg

daplatapus 05-01-2013 02:57 PM

Ouch! That's hard on the paint! Hope no one was hurt.

Coralgurl 05-01-2013 05:20 PM

Wow, I think its a write off... I too hope no one was hurt. Sometimes you are better off hitting the animal, than a ditch or someone else. It becomes a comprehensive claim too.

spit.fire 05-01-2013 05:58 PM

I was the only one in the vehicle, was raining hard and a changed lanes to avoid a dear, started to hydroplane, hit a barrier and rolled 9 times

Only injuries were concussion, dislocated shoulder(done it enough times that it doesn't hurt much) a broken nose, and some road rash

Worst part of it all was I ripped my favorite pants:(

spit.fire 05-01-2013 06:00 PM

The deer was fine to , that was my biggest concern. Learnt alot that day so I guess in a way it was good that it happened.

ckmullin 05-01-2013 06:08 PM

You only avoid a moose other than that anything is fair game. No offence to fido, bambi (name your pleasure) but it's my life than it's life.

Agreed, the road I live on is real bad for coyotes and deer. Ill slow down but I won't swerve unless I'm driving my awd and its dry

Coralgurl 05-01-2013 09:21 PM

Happy you are ok! That sounds like a horrific accident!!! I'm always scared of deer on the highways, especially dawn/dusk. My parents hit one a few years ago, no time to react. Wrote their car off, but they were fine!!

Not to make light of the situation, but how do you know how many times you rolled? Nvm, I guess accident investigators would be able to determine that....so lucky that you basically walked away.

fishoholic 05-05-2013 04:29 AM

Ugg......never thought that when I brought my new fish friend home that I'd find a way to annoy myself because of it *sigh*

Now all I can think of when I look at the tank is:

Fish shopping sounds better then spending 8 hrs trying to wrangle a HUGE power sweeper around 2 acres of grass like I did today. Only half done & I have a feeling I will be really hurting in the morning.

Titus99 just came over to my house and I have to say his children are so adorable, so sweet and super well behaved. Needless to say I was impressed! Keep up the good work :thumb: I've worked in Childcare for 16 years with numerous children, so trust me I know  Even my vicious little dog (who normally isn't good with kids) liked them

Nothing like the sound of the exciting current rushing into an M80 to let you know its time to start enjoying your tank for the day...
