Since I had the camera out today for some other stuff I thought I'd snap a couple of randoms in the display.

Thanks for sharing the pics Greg. That's a mighty fine Christmas colored A. abrotanoides in the last pic. I've always loved how different the corralites are on that species compared to most acropora.

I'm just curious, do you think it makes more sense to dose the prodibio to the new salt water to allow the bacteria to grow in there before doing a water change, after you do the water change, or do you think it doesn't really matter?
I am not an expert on the subject but I would assume that bacteria settles throughout the reef and doesn't simply stay in the water column therefore I would guess that it would be best to dose after a water change to help "recharge" the reef.

Thank you. Yes I like the look of abrotanoides as well.

Just added a Maroon clown I picked up from a local reefer - she is a big bruiser. To put things in perspective this toadstool is about 8 inches across.

This stylo is an extreme pink (hard to capture the color) but around a couple of burn spots where an acro fell into it the new growth polyps are bright green - it will be interesting to see if this continues to morph over time or turn back to their regular color.
