powder blue has ick

help please my powder blue has ick. he is eating and active and we have been adding garlic to his food hoping that this would help.

what i would do is treat the hole tank cause ick spreads fast< i had this problem and use the stuff called Medic< its made by polyp lab< it is reef safe and fixed my ick problem!!!
