Blue Face Angel food

Have a juvenile just starting to change into adult colors and looking for any good suggestions/recommendations on food (brands, recipes etc) that would help suppliment with the diet he is on now. I feed him mysis, OSI marine flake and blood worms. I know sponge should also be in his diet.
