So, I've about had it with the korelia powerheads in my 125 gallon. No matter how I position them, I have dead spots. I even modded them for greater intake. Better but not good enough. The Tunze choir has got me singing and I am looking at replacing the korelias........now, do I replace all four or do I go for the Tunze Wavebox 6215?

Tank is 125 gallon, 5'long x 18"wide x 26" high. What say you?

Go Jebao wp-40 . I don't even run my wave box any more . Not one dead spot on my 160 :) Best money I have ever spent on reef equipment .

Going to be trying 2 wp25's myself on my 150. With a Dart closed loop pump too. Should be wicked flow now

I'm a Tunze lover. :D

The Wavebox will not replace all your powerheads IME. It does stir up quite a lot and tends to get into corners where powerheads don't. A combo attack may be the best. The Waveboxes are quite pricey though, so it could end up being a significant investment.

I have (2) Tunze 6105 and (1) Tunze 6055 on a Multicontroller 7095 on my 90-gallon SPS-dedicated reef. This provides enough flow for SPS anywhere in my tank. This combo in your 60" 150-gallon reef would be a good choice for a mixed reef. The new Tunzes also come with a "wide flow" attachment which makes the output more gentle while still moving the same amount of water. This option is excellent because you now have more velocity options. You could probably replace one of the 6105 with a Wavebox.

I'm with Myka....I own a bunch of Vortechs which I love, however when I had a wave box with 2 additional Tunze going my flow was fantastic!!!! I miss the wave box now .... Mine were on a 60" 150 gallon as well
