Clown fish sick

So my female clown has come down with something. I'm 99% sure it's not ich. It almost looks like a parasite or something that has gotten under her scales or something. I've tried to get decent pics but she's still very active and something about a camera freaks her out. Here's a couple shots I could get:

The white spots appeared over night, they don't seem to be getting any worse and they are only in this one spot on the one side.
She doesn't seem to be affected by them, swims normally, eats like a pig etc. None of the other fish I have it and I'd like to keep it that way. Is this a type or parasitic worm or something? How do I treat it? Any thoughts as to what it can be?

Hard to tell from the picture. I agree that it's probably not ich because a few spots are too big to be ich. If it's my fish, I would give it a fresh water bath. If those things are parasites, they will fall out. If we can confirm they are parasites, we can use proper medicine to treat it.
My fresh water protocol is a bucket of fresh water with temperature matching the DT as close as possible, PH matching the DT as close as possible (using baked baking soda). an airstone or a small power-head is good if you have one. Put the fish in the bucket for 5-10 minutes.

Hmmm, that's what I was afraid of. I don't know how I'm going to catch her either. Without tearing the tank apart anyhow. And guess what... looks like she's trying to lay eggs now in the back corner with her man... geeze.

Are you running a UV sterilizer? Slow flow with lots of light dwell time should look after most parasites.
