Don't know why but this coral seems to be elusive these days. Just looking for a frag if you know where I can find one.

I have pompom xenia (got it from coralmaster about a year back). If you want, I can cut off a stem but will be unattached.

Does it pulse regularly? How big is it fully extended?

Nop it doesn't pulse unless the wavemaker turns off at night. There are varieties of pompom (white and pink); I think the white one pulses more than pink one (which I have). One stem can take upto like 3" in diameter. Here's a pic (my colony) for reference. Lemme know if you are interested :)

The bottom picture is what I am looking for and is the true pom pom, the other is really not a pom pom. Thanks for reponding.

Bottom picture's xenia species is the one I have. That one is photoshopped with over saturated color and my picture is washed out.

I am confused. Those two don't like the same species, bad picture aside, one is a tight pom pom and the other is very long and stringy polyps.
