I am looking for a RO or RO/DI water filtration system. I saw one on Ebay called Aqua-Safe. It looks good but if there are any other opinions out there I would love to hear them.

Aqua-safe is probably your best bet. It's decent equipment and you can't go wrong for the price.

I see no reason why anyone should get anything other than Aqua-safe.. the price is awesome and does the job.

I love mine, and will definitely get it again when the membrane finaly goes.

Just a little bit of info.

If you order off ebay (ie: bid for it) you have to pay Standard shipping service: US $24.50 and Shipping insurance: US $5.00 (Required).

So you're looking at an extra $30usd on top of your bid. If you pay their full price ($65usd) then you can call them up direct, and they'll only charge you $15usd for shipping.

I just talked to Auqasafe and it sounds like a really great deal. Not looking forward to the hookup though. The regular replacement filters are $50 USD for a pack of 12 and a pack of 4 DI filters will cost $50 USD as well. It would be nice if they had a standard Canadian price.

Thanks for all your advice!
