Has anyone had to send send an apex controller back, mine is dead and I am wondering what the process is.

I take about 2 weeks after you send it back to receive new replacment.
Just call costumer serves and they will tell all info you need

I have. I just went through the vendor I bought it from. Still waiting for some parts to come back.

After you call thy will give you code nomber and thy pay for you the shipping
Bot you need to email or fax the prof of porches
Just call neptune CS and thy will let you know what you have to do

Sent mine back and ended up having to pay ups 30 odd bucks for brokerage fees. I'd make sure they'll mail it back USPS. It's hit or miss some get hit while others don't. If u have a problem in the first 90 days the place we're u got it is sopose to handle it after 90 u have to ship it to California on your own dime.u pay the shipping there and they pay the shipping back

When I send my apex to neptune I didn't have to pay shipping, they pay the shipping for me and I didn't pay any duty .
But if you can take the apex back from where you bought to get replacment it the best and fast way to go and you don't have 50/50 chance of pay duty to the Govermant
