Workhorse 7 ballast

Can someone tell me what the wh7 is capable of running as far as vho goes. As well what kind of harness do they come with? Thanks

2 x 110W VHO.
it comes as a bare ballast.

i guess i should say it can run a combo of bulbs upto 220W.
