So I wont go too far into the details but little sleep led to some assuming going on and some skipping of verifying steps happend and now I have a 3 1/2" hole in the side of my sump. Crap. 2" bulkhead takes a 3" hole. So im after a 3" bulkhead and I will just bush it down. Im hoping I can find one as if I dont its $200 for a new sump tub. Anyone know where to find one??? I have a couple emails out to some of the canreef vendors but nothing as of yet. Thanks.

I think you may get away with a 2 " cause it says up to 3 1/2 " hole

slightly smaller than 3 1/2 but should do the trick!

If its just the sump can't you silicone on apiece of plexiglass over the hole let it dry then redrill it ?

I can't remember if you have a glass or plexiglass sump, but, you don't want to silicone plexi to glass. Won't hold. Either glass to glass or acrylic to acrylic with weld-on glue.

Ya its a tuff tubs oval trough. Thanks though. I have a couple of people checking into some bulkheads. Going to wait and see if anything comes up. Heres hoping.

I got mine from a place here called Iritex. They have a web site, but they're only on the island if you can't find anything else.

Corix will have what you need and the sch 80 2 " bulkhead will work with that hole size.

If corix has any I can ship one out to you, shipping was cheaper than I thought on that skimmer so I can cover shipping

Hello. Thank you to everyone for the help. Someone locally dug out a used sump trough out for me. A little clean and I will be able to drill new holes. The right size this time. It's only a 110gal but that's ok. The price was right. Thanks again for all the help.
