-Eshopps PSK - 100h 100$ I have identified this to the best of my ability, the eshopps information on how to identify these is dodgy. But the cylinder is 4 inches so thats what im going off of. Atman ph-1100 pump.

Heres the deal with this thing, I bought it two weeks ago, used. cleaned it inside and out, noticed some salt creep on the bottom left hand corner. Wiped it off. 12 hours later it was back. Wiped it off again. Then over the next 24 hours I did this twice and there was still a touch of moisture.
Its really hard to tell where the leak is coming from with these tanks, So I drilled a bunch of tiny holes in the bottom. Basically the bottom of one these is one giant sealed plastic piece that looks like a grid of 18 or so squares. I drilled out each little square in the middle, to dry out whats inside.
I have had it filled again for 2 days and have not noticed any moisture accumilting, leading me to believe what i thought was a leak, was just where the build up water was escaping from accumilation from water dripping down the side of the tank, into the brace.
The green tape is to seal the bottom and I have a peice of papertowel in it to check for moisture.
