Looking to put a cooling fan into my lighted cabinet area, anywhere in the Vancouver lower mainland that sell these?

Are you using a tank controller ?
Or even simpler yet, get a 12v adapter and 120mm computer case fan
The fans running under 1000rpm are virtually silent

Gelid TC (temp. controlled) silent 12
NCIX Langley used to carry them.
Speed varies with temp, they have a temp sensor
