since you don't want to spend a fortune, how much exactly is your budget? I have one willing to let it go for $350 with the stand and sump.

Very nice but out of my price range . Thanks though . I'm really looking for tank only with overflow that I can plumb into my existing system .

I think spit.fire has a shallow one with stand and plumbing can plumb into an existing sump

I was in King Ed's yesterday and they have some cubes with overflows that meet your description. Sorry I don't know the price but always worth a trip to see that place.

I've got an almost cube (30"x24"x24") that I just pulled out of service. Beautifull custom (professionally) built rimless tank, has rear right corner overflow with 3 drilled holes, 1x 1-1/2" and 2x 1". Includes bulkheads and standpipes with loc-line. Currently the rear and right side panels are blacked out with acrylic paint.

I just pulled it out of service and have been prepping my condo for sale so I haven't had a chance to clean it up yet for sale, but let me know if you're interested and what you want to pay, maybe we can make a deal.
