I believe it is a Leopard Wrasse, not from bc so cant answer that

Most definitely a leopard wrasse... Beautiful fish but not for the beginner as they can be temperamental. Needs to have a sand bed to feel safe...

That is a Christmas wrasse... Kindof the reason I bought it. Very active fish and not shy at all
