My tank is almost totally out of Aiptasia, so it's time to start finding new homes for my diligent little army.

I originally purchased 20 for my tank, but I know for a fact that they've been breeding as I've seen plenty of little ones that were way smaller than anything I bought. I just counted 10 big fat ones on my glass and rocks right now, and it's a 275 gallon tank so I'm sure there's more.

I can only catch them at night, as that's the only time they come out. I'd like to start catching them tomorrow night for pick up on Monday if that's possible.

10 bucks a nudi, supply is obviously dependent on how many I can catch, as I have no idea how many are in there. Calgary only, I'm not going to ship these guys.

PM me. I'll do it first come first serve based on how soon they can be picked up. As in, if I'm catching them tomorrow night, they need to be picked up Monday, as I've got nothing to feed them while I'm holding them, and I don't think there's enough aiptasia left in my tank to support how many are in there much longer.

I should also mention that I'm more than happy to take trades in frags. I'm specifically on the hunt for a Red Planet frag, but anything that I don't already have I'd be open to

I'll put a hold on selling anymore until I have filed those orders I see what's left.

Hey folks, I managed to catch 6 more Berghia last night. They look like they haven't eaten in days and I'm worried they're near starvation (they don't usually come so out in the open if they've got a choice).

All 6 to the first person who can pick them up today. I have no way of feeding them.

Please note, if you've tried peppermints in the past, the berghia will almost certainly fail. They are the most notorious in tank predator of Berghia.

I should have been checking my filter socks a little more thoroughly.

Alright folks, I've got another 13 or 14 berghia ready to go to. a few are really, really small, but they look healthy and are moving around normally and I've collected some big fat aiptasia from one of my overflows to feed them tonight.

I'm headed out of town for a couple of weeks on Friday afternoon, so if no one claims them by tomorrow night, I'm going to put them back in the overflow where there's still plenty of food.

THe big ones will go for 10, the small ones for 8. If you want all of them, make me an offer and we can work something out.

These are the guys I've got right now:

Berghia orgy (there's 3 there, the dark one was probably in the overflow a while and thus had plenty to eat)

These two demolished the smallest aiptasia in 15 minutes

Not looking good for this guy. It will be gone by morning.

All nudis called for.

If I still have any left in the tank when I get home from my trip, I'll do my best to pull them out of the tank.

you'll be pulling them out for months

Yah this new thing they're doing with the overflows is equal parts convenient and annoying. Turns a 40 second filter sock change in to a half hour forensic investigation.

use a uv flash light .the outer edge of the berghia will glow violet and then suck them up with a cut pipette

Thanks, that was courtesy of the macro lens of an olloclip groan iPhone. I also took a sweet video of them that's so close up you can see their hearts beating.

And yes, I'm typing this from a hot tub in Palm Springs. Gotta love them water proof cases.
