that makes a lot more sense i looked at your old threads/ posts and saw a 50g and started to wonder what you were up to. that's still a lot of flow for a 200g even. i run about 2400 total in return pumps for my 270

i'm not very familiar with them but don't those pumps need to be needle wheel impeller equipped or does it have a separate air injection system

its a beckett skimmer. doesnt need a needle wheel.
its got some twisted diffusers that mix air and water that give it 100% efficiency

You could buy two speedwave 2640gph for $279.00+ tax each from Concept.
http://www.canreef.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=93543
DC controllable pumps so you can dial down the voltage to be closer to 2000gph if needed.

Thanks for the advice. But I'm not really wanting to spend 600 dollars on pumps

LoL. I had my suspicions as well...the giveaway was when he complimented himself in his old journal. His ego gave him away... :suspicious:

Yeah, classic example of low Emotional Intelligence. Can't stand seeing any "unfairness", yet will take advantage themselves and even brag about it. No empathy and low self regulation abilities. Easy to spot them on forums, though.
