Two of us at RW have nitro RC cars

I have a OFNA Ultra Ultra LX
Darren has the Tamya TNX

We race behind the shop for off road and purolator has an insanely large lot down the street for on road.

I love remote controlled cars! My son and I fight over one of these. It even plays music and strobes. Would love to race it one of these days!

I used to race 1/12, 1/10 on road and 1/10, 1/8 nitro on road. I raced a small amount of 1/8 buggy.
Wayne Mah and Craig Miller used to school me regularly at all of the above they are like fricken robots.

Nah, 1/10 Onroad Mini -- http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/item.php?product-id=58438

There are about 30-40 weekly racers running Mini on Carpet (here in Edmonton... Also Calgary has 2 clubs racing the same thing (plus 1/10 Touring & 1/12 GTP))

I used to race HPI electric on-roads and had a couple of buggies. I eventually bought myself a CNC mill and started making my own cars. Mostly made buggies from carbon fiber and aluminum but did get brave enough one time to build a 1/4 scale Mclaren F1 with a 3hp engine.... ya, that was an expensive project.

Sold them all before starting my PhD and I regret every minute of it now!

Next hobby when I have time: RC jets!

Outside of R/C cars (for the racing), here is my current favorite R/C 'toy':

I have a 1/8 brushless monster truck and 1/10 brushless truggy and monster truck. Just bash wherever I find a place that looks fun. The big truck is the most fun and can do backflips from a stand still. The smaller truck is better for around the neighborhood though. I also have a Losi XXX truggy for the kids to play with as it isn't as fast as the brushless motors and it can take a real beating.

Heres my 5sc. I havent fully completed it yet. Theres no where in town to run around a track and these arnt very popular round here so no one to run with, Thinking of selling it to help fund the tank.

Man that's a killer sct, I myself have a 1/8 losi xxx sct brushless conversion, 1/8 losi 8t truggy brushless conversion, brushless e revo 1/8, 1/8 savage 4.6 nitro, 1/10 thunder tiger 4wd nitro car, 1/10 tt01 e drift spec and a little turnigy brushless buggy for the nephew. Lol so I have quite a collection, thinking of getting rid of everything except the losi 8t, losi xxx sct and the savage, so if any one is interested I'm willing to trade for corals lol hint hint.
