Tiger Tail Cuke

I found my tiger tail hanging out on my mag float at the top of the tank - is this normal??? I just left him there to find his own way back to the sand, seems to have worked...i hope..

Mine sometimes climbs too. I wouldn't worry about it, I think it's normal. It always finds its way back down.
