I have them in my tank. Ussually only at night. I thought the were baby turbos as the only appeared after addin turbos to my tank.

They don't seem to bother my Zoa's or Ric's but kinda worried bout my new Crocea and Monti. And the death of my Maize. Coulda been water quality on my maize tho

They are nerites.

Some beneficial, some coralivores.

Turbo's get big right? These are teeny, like 2mm and seem to stay that way. Hundreds in tank tho when lights are out, the come out

I have these also. They seem to really come out at night. I haven't noticed any issues with coral and like someone else said, they appeared after adding turbos. I assumed they were babies.

I've got mini snails that look just like that in my tank, I've had them for years without issue. They appear to only eat algae so far. If I'm not mistaken I think I've sold you some frags in the past so they very well could have come from me.
