Quiet One 6000 submersible pump for return

Euro-Reef ES6-2+ or CS6-2+ skimmer
In tank circulation: either 2 Maxijet 1200's or a Tunze stream

controller for heaters -- necessary or not?
Pinpoint pH monitor
DIY kalk auto-topoff with float switch
Live rock: 140 pounds of Kanai live rock from J & L, or should I get 70 lbs of Kanai and 70 lbs of another kind for diversity. Considering making some DIY live rock as well.

Planned inhabitants:

1. Colt coral
2. Devil's hand
3. Pink Star polyps
4. Green Star polyps
5. Toadstool leather
6. Pulsing Xenia?
7. Button polyps - different colors
8. Zoanthids
9. Ricordia - different colors
10. Maybe some easier hard corals

11. Pair of false percula clowns
12. Yellow tang
13. Royal gramma
14. Not sure what other fish to get

Anyway any advice on equipment before I order the rest of it would be helpful, I don't want to have to buy something twice because the first time I bought junk. I will update this with pics when I get it set up. I want to set up a low-maintenance low stress reef tank because life is complicated enough already.
