Any News on the Vertex Cerebra

This hyped up controller isn't even being discussed anymore from my initial searches. Have they given up on releasing it. Should I just buy an APEX?

Does anyone know anything on the release date of this controller or if it will ever be released or is it just wait and maybe one day, but nothing firm.

I saw it at MACNA again. It's looking much more finished. The guys from Proline suggested that they were looking to try to get it out before Christmas if possible.
