I don't seem to get notifications of PM.

I've checked my settings and have that option checked, have made sure it is the correct email, etc.

Deb, Canreef is blocked by shaw email..

It's just the server range of IPs, so likely some site hosting with the same server company IS that bad..
It's been like that for years now, we have a disclaimer in the sign up page for it. Shaw won't deal with it, so we're stuck.

Hello,

That has to do with when we migrated the servers to the new data center recently. Shaw uses Cisco's IronPort SenderBase to determine reputation of the sender's IP. At that point in time we had either no reputation or carried a poor reputation from the previous owner of the IP. We must have since improved as I can see we are listed as GOOD!

I tried contacting Shaw from their web site but it appears I need to put in a BC phone number in order to submit a mail from the web form. If you don't mind, perhaps you can bring it up with them?

Titus, I am not on Shaw and my email is not coming through either. Hasn't for about a month now. What is the easiest way to check you all aren't being blocked!

Cheryl, you have a unique email and as such, it would be difficult to assess. Is this something you run yourself, or does a service provider host your domain?

I had this problem a while ago. Check your spam. My email was sending Canreef to the spam box

IMHO the easiest remedy for all the email problems is get a Gmail, hot mail, and ect account. They are free and very easy to set up.

We have our own domain and mail service from Blacksun.ca. Hosting providers out if Saskatoon. I will give them a shout and ask what and if they block.... Other then the spam filter I can control from my management portal. It is not getting caught by my spam filter that I can see, so hopefully I am correct and I can figure it out.

I know but I already have home, work ( a few) and gmail. I really hate having to check 4 or 5 email addresses.

Well, I see an okay response to your mail from our server. Definitely would check on your end.

You can set your emails to forward to other account. I have multiple emails, but I only check one inbox. The tricky part is if you want to send an email from an account other than your main one.
