I saw an anemone just like this one:

and I want to get it for the dwarf darwin clowns I'm getting. I think the white anemone will look cool with the black and white Darwin's. I haven't found much info about this particular anemone but originally assumed it was like other BTA's. However I saw this one site that says it's size is 2-4" and says it's popular because it stays on the smaller side. Which would be perfect for my nano tank. Anyone know if it's true and these anemone stay smaller then the other BTA's?

I would stay away from it. It looks bleached. Bleached anemones have lost their symbiotic algae and are basically starving and in bad condition. It could come back but it will need regular feeding.

Only buy it if you see it eat and retain the food (not spit it out right away).

I got a 3" sebae that was nearly all bleached out but it still had some little shade of beige, so I bought it (all those I could find were injected with color and would die). It came back to health with feeding of mysis each day and now it's very dark brown as it should be and nearly 12" :)

Ya at first I thought it was bleached but it actually looked fairly healthy just really pale in colour. I had a RBTA bleach on me before and this one looked different to me then that. I know it sounds odd but it seemed more like it was naturally pale then bleached. I could be wrong though it's hard to say for sure, I can try to get an actual pic tomorrow.
