My small occ clown has found himself stuck in the overflow, he jumped in there.
it's 8 gallons and has sink traps on the plumbing so he can't get very far and he seems quite comfortable.

How do I get him out without draining the whole thing and causing a mess.

I tried tricking him with some repeshy food (his favorite) and my net.
obviously that didn't work.

that's an old photo from when I first set up the tank.
60 gallon starphire cube.

Is he small enough to siphon out with a large diameter hose?

put a net under the drain the the sump. and pull the stand pipe.

no he's not quite that small he's about 1.5 inches
Marco, that's what I've been pondering about but it looks like a pain and a long drop.

My wrasse ends up in mine once & awhile.. usually get 99% of the water out of the overflow, then just use the net...
