I need a quick solution for for sump walls and I was wondering if corrugated plastic would work . This week I have been building a new stand. Tomorrow I am planing on drilling my reef tank that has been set up for three years fingers crossed . I have a 33 gallon tank that I can use as a temp sump and I don't want to spend any cash on Plexiglas . Any thoughts or ideas ?

Not sure what you're asking. Sump walls? or baffles?

I would use it as temp baffles until I can build a proper sump. I was worried about the safety of the plastic could it be toxic to the reef?

why not go to a glass shop and get the baffles cut of glass? 4mm should be fine for a 33G sump. and shouldnt cost more than $30.00

that way silicone will actually hold it to the tank instead of giving way from plastic

Agreed, just use glass, it's cheap and easy to get. The plastic will probably not work well, if at all. Until you get the baffles in, just use the tank without baffles. just keep the level topped up if you have a touchy skimmer.

Thanks I think I will just leave the sump as is for now until I can plan this sump out.
