I came across one of my friend's back yard and saw him got quite a large amount of these "Tank Ornament". I found out my friends family used to own a factory in HK before they immagrate over to Canada that makes these ornaments and are fish safe. I offered him to help him see if anyone in the community might actually use these in their FOwLR tank( i don't think any one would use it in their reef tank but who knows). I would also like to see if anyone can give me some price check also since most of the ornaments are a lot smaller than these one my friend has. Most of them being sold are around 4-8inches and largest I came across was about 12inches.

Here are some picture. This is the largest piece I currently have and it is 19 inches tall, 14 inches wide and about 9 inches deapth.

Those would look sweet in a large FOWLR!! I would put them in mine for sure, it would add some more color.

thanks for the reply, but how much do u think these should be about? Cuz I saw ornament are so expensive out in retail store. a 11 inches x 10 inches x 5 inches piece (fake coral) cost over $30.00

Really hard to say because like sou say they are very pricey in LFS but I would say anywhere for $20 for the smaller pieces to $100 for the largest piece you have in the pics.

As for pricing I'm not sure, but I will say they are very nicely done. Most look really really fake but yours are more realistic looking, I would use them in a fowlr.

perhaps googling the company name etched on each peice might help you find the retail cost of your peices. Then cut that in half...

thank you all for the feed back, I let my friend kno see what he wanna do with these.
Oh, just making sure you kno, these are not made by any stone at all and very light. I searched etched but comes out with all the stone designs.

Yup I'd use those in a fowlr as well, very nice the ones made by "living color" are so fake looking and tacky IMO. These are nicely done, I love the piece with the maze on it

Edit- I'll be kicking myself if they are living color lol

I would use them for sure look really nice. Price compare them to the LPS. Or better yet take a sample and ask what they would charge for it.
