In the video all I can think about is that pear tang.

Check if your wavebox is not fully submerged, the top of the box has to be an inch off the water level. Also check your overflow box does not exceed more than half of the water in there. You also need to have another powerhead which is placed opposite to your wavebox then you will have a good wave that goes back and forth on both sides.
If your tank is 4 feet long, it will be perfect for getting a good wave as the user guide says.
That is how I set it up in my tank, hope it will help you a bit here.
I don't know if you have an old or new version of controller, the new one will give you a better wave too.

I have 2 brand new from store wave boxes one on ether side of the tank it's a 24x24x12 high. It says in the book to remove all power heads except the wave boxes

River front is stupid and it's ackually a form of mimic tang but I does stay fairly small

I had way more success with my nano's when I had them fully submerged, sitting right beside eachother, and the pulse set to a quarter strength (faster). I'm not sure that the height of those boxes out of the water will be any good for you. They will also most likely be pretty noisey.

With that setup, I had a 1 inch wave in a 5 foot 131 gallon.
