I have a 90g tank with a hippo tang (blue with black trim/yellow tail)- can I put a kole tang in with it? The tank has In it:
2 clowns
2 skunk clowns
1 comet
1 hippo tang
1 mandarin dragonette
1 hawk fish
2 fire shrimp 2 banded shrimp
Numerous small snails/hermit crabs
Lots of soft coral
Thanks all. Can't seem to find the info in my books.

how big is your hippo? it will outgrow that tank. I'd trade the hippo and go for a few smaller tangs, scopas, kole, yellow, purple.... as for adding another big fish, I'd say no until you get rid of the hippo!

It came with the tank-- I guess I could just post her on here- its still pretty small- maybe 3 1/2" long....

i'd say find her a new home, and then go for it! I love kole tangs! I have a scopas as well! also look into tomini tangs they stay pretty small!

Kole would be perfect in there. I had one in my 97 and he did great and that tank was only 36" long.

What is a fair price to charge for this fish? Or should I just look for a trade?
