Try Princess Auto for cheapo ones, but you'll need a mandrel to go with it

Rona has them

I bought a great little kit there for $100. Has 5 or 6 hole saws that work great!! They range from 1/2" to whatever size required to drill a 2" bulkhead. Also comes with a fancy little stabilizer dealy with a suction cup to keep things still.

Great little kit... I love it. You could also just buy the one size that you need.

I have one kicking around that you could borrow. I'll confirm the size and get it back from my friend tomorrow if you would like it. I'm in Kits, so I don't know how you feel about the drive

i have 8 different sizes that you can borrow
Bulk Reef Supply has cheap hole saws, but I find the ones are Princess Auto work faster. The ones from BRS seem to be easier to hold still, and make a smoother hole though. If you use a press or a good guide then that doesn't matter.
