I've got a Bubble King Supermarin 250 and i'm looking for a good self cleaning lid. I remember seeing them new for pretty cheap somewhere but I don't remember where. Not really interested in spending over $500 for one. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

You are in luck, Vertex just came out with a new line of self cleaners. I priced out one for mine bbk250 from JL and it was around 225.

Advast Marine?? which is a bit cheaper than Vertex, however custom charges and duty may cost you though.

I am too looking for one of those as well, it's either get a new sump, or get the Swabbie. As it right now, skimmer cup can not be remove without draining the skimmate first.

Thanks guys. That's great info. Much appreciated. Do they have them on their website? I don't see them anywhere.

Stop in at blue world. I think we still have one of the units there you could see. They look really slick. I have the avast one and the workmanship on the vertex is a noticeable improvement. Plus they have a bigger wiping blade (compared to mine)
