I ordered a 250W Ushio bulb before Christmas and it now just arrived (but not Ushio). I waited so long that I gave up and bought a 150W unit. I now have no use for this 250W bulb. It just arrived, brand new in box.

250W HQI 10K (DE) Phoenix bulb. It's made in Japan.
I paid $90 USD for it, so I am asking $115.

let me get this right, you ordered a ushio and they sent you something else? why didn't you send it back and get a refund?

sorry for asking this on your sale thread but I think you have a option to recover the full amount you paid.

Steve

It's been such a long and frustrating transaction with these people that I don't want to have anything to do with them any longer. To make a long story short, I ordered a 250W HQI with some PC bulbs and they sent a 250W mogul base and wrong PC. I paid for shipping to return the products and they ended up misplacing it in their shop. I waited and waited and finally they said that they no longer have Ushio but some other brand. So now 4 months later after I have paid, I don't have the Ushio or the PC bulbs I ordered. I see no point in send it back, that would just cost me more money. I've paid for shipping twice already and have the wrong product to show for it. Just my luck!

Perhaps you could also post in the Vendors' Ratings area, and give us all a warning about the vendor. Just a thought.

Is Phoenix a new brand of bulb?

Honestly I don't know much about Phoenix. Just that it's made in Japan.
